• + 3 beets with leaves and stems - beets peeled and chopped, leaves sliced add to pantry
• + water to cover add to pantry
• + 1 cup chicken stock add to pantry
• + 1 small cucumber, grated add to pantry
• + 1 hard-cooked egg, chopped add to pantry
• + ⅓ cup chopped fresh dill add to pantry
• + 3 small green onions, thinly sliced add to pantry
• + 1 pint buttermilk add to pantry
• ✓ ½ cup sour cream
• ✓ ⅓ lemon, juiced
